This state-of-the-art training system has many tools and calculators to help you understand your progression better. Along with a varied program of fitness and sports training, our online coaching options are endless and allow you to tailor them to your specific requirements

Kayvan offer two levels of programming service for his online clients.

With one of our specialised programs, you can learn new techniques, record and monitor your training results, while receiving educational and helpful feedback and analysis from your coach. There are two different programs: a standard program and a premium program. Each is individually designed for each client to make the most of their online coaching.

As the Coronavirus pandemic continues to impact the world, I appreciate fitness and sports are also greatly affected. I wanted to make sure everyone know I am here to help. So, whilst the usual training program may be disrupted during lockdown, it is still possible to maintain an understanding of how an athlete and general population are reacting to training and suggest adjusted procedures even when we are all are forced to work remotely.
