Program Breakdown

This program helps you find strategies for success by motivating you through fitness and nutrition education. The program breakdown involves speed, explosive power, functional strength, energy system development, flexibility, injury reduction, and nutrition education. 

The performance training involves a speed program that focuses on acceleration, deceleration, transitional, linear and non-linear movement techniques, running mechanics and footwork. The strength and conditioning focus is on explosive power using methods like Olympic lifting, jumping and landing techniques.

Training Breakdown

This program offers injury reduction by identifying and correcting muscular imbalances and stabilising them. It offers the chance for an education in nutrition, giving lessons, tips, and advice. This sports performance program can be offered as off-season training either as a two day or four-day program; and an in-season program that operates two days a week. Each program is 90 mins in length per session.

Sports Performance Off-Season: 2 Day/ 4 Day Program

This program is designed for athletes aged 15+ of all sports.  Each session is up to 90 minutes in length. 

The first portion of the workout is focused on teaching movement pattern, stretching, muscle activation, active warm-up, linear and lateral speed development, quickness, lower body power (plyometrics), and upper body and core power (medicine ball throws). The second part of the workout is dedicated to explosive full-body power using the Olympic lifts, increasing overall body strength, and various forms of conditioning.  I offer a 2-Day or 4-Day per week program.  The 4-Day program is my most comprehensive program, and also is the most popular.  This is the program athletes can expect to make their most significant athletic improvements in the quickest amount of time.

Sports Performance In-Season: 2 Day Program

This program is designed for athletes aged 15+ who are currently in-season. 

Its focus is on maintaining strength, improving speed and quickness, and reducing the occurrence of injury.  Each session is 60 minutes in length.  The program focuses on movement quality and maintaining strength through a low-volume lift.  It does not include Energy System Developement.
